B.C. LeDoux

Executive Director

My day job is the Managing Partner/Chief Creative Officer for Noble Studios across the pond in the U.S. My passionate side hustle is sitting on the Board of Directors for Noble Performance, helping shape the vision, brand and marketing for our team in Bristol, which has a special place in my heart since I coincidentally got engaged to my wife in our team’s lovely city back in 2007 while on a legendary work trip.

I love sharing my more than 25 years in digital marketing with our team. While my roots are on the creative side of the business, I’ve run agencies and worked with clients big and small all over the world, from Hong Kong to the Bahamas, Las Vegas and the UK, to create valuable personlized experiences and position themselves for success.

When I’m not working, I’m traveling with my wife, hiking with my dog, mountain biking with my buddies and torturing myself on a tennis court to get better and better every day.

B.C. has worked on international, national and regional brands: Atlantis Bahamas, Hard Rock International, Visit Lake Tahoe, Santa Monica, Yosemite Mariposa, Visit San Luis Obispo, Autodesk, Adobe, Carrier, Nintex and Yodlee, to name more than a few. Not only that, the teams he led for those projects have won dozens of marketing and advertising awards, including National and District Addy Awards, a Platinum Adrian Award from the HSMAI, “Most Innovative Campaign” in 2015 from the Las Vegas Interactive Marketing Association, and “Best Paid Social Media Campaign” in the Visit California Poppy Awards.

B.C.’s go-to karaoke song is “Welcome to the Jungle,” but his natural habitat is the desert. You’ll find him biking or hiking there with his wife and dog when he’s not working. (Or at home cheering on his favorite teams – the 49ers, Giants and Vegas Golden Knights.)

And though, when questioned, he said he doesn’t not believe in ghosts and aliens, he thinks it’s more important that they believe in themselves. Which is totally something B.C. would say.

“If your ship doesn’t come in, swim out to it.”
