Ben Growcott

I’m an Account Manager at Noble Performance, where I work closely with clients to help them get the most out of their digital marketing. I enjoy building genuine relationships and making sure everything we do is aligned with what our clients want to achieve.

With hands-on experience in areas like paid media and organic search, I’m comfortable getting into the details, whether it’s refining a campaign or explaining how something works in a clear, straightforward way. I like helping people feel confident in the process and the results.

What I enjoy most about account management is the mix of creativity, strategy, and collaboration. I take a calm, considered approach to each project, always aiming to create work that’s thought through, effective, and easy for clients to engage with.

Outside of work, I’m a songwriter and musician, often performing in and around Bristol, a creative community I’m proud to be a part of. I’m usually on foot, whether it’s heading to a gig, walking to work or just taking the long way home, I love to be out-and-about.
