As Chair at Noble Performance, I have the privilege of working with an exceptional Board and wider team who bring energy, insight, and a healthy dose of good humour to everything we do. My role is to challenge and support the Board to ensure our strategic direction is sharp, our decisions are sound, and our culture stays strong. In short, I try to keep us aiming high and enjoying the climb.

I’m passionate about working in the kind of environment where big ideas thrive and bold moves are made with clarity and confidence. That means asking the tough questions, encouraging fresh thinking, and helping us make sure we never lose sight of our purpose or each other. We’re not just a Board; we’re a team that enjoys the process as much as the progress.

I really value the camaraderie we’ve built. Whether we’re tackling complex challenges or simply sharing a laugh between meetings, we stay united, grounded, and focused. That unity not only makes us better decision-makers, it also makes the journey a whole lot more enjoyable.

Outside the boardroom, I’m a big believer in bringing personality to leadership. I enjoy working with passionate people, fostering a culture of openness and curiosity, and making sure we never take ourselves too seriously except, of course, when it comes to delivering excellence in a competitive and fast-moving market
