About Noble Deeds

Noble Deeds is our way of giving back, donating our time and digital marketing expertise to local charities in Bristol, Bath, and South Gloucestershire. This initiative is designed to help organisations amplify their reach, strengthen their teams, and achieve lasting results.

What inspired Noble Deeds?
Noble Deeds was launched 12 years ago by Noble Studios, our partner and founding company in the US. The inspiration struck when Noble Studios’ COO and co-founder, Season Lopiccolo, spent a day volunteering to clear mountain trails in Tahoe. After realising that hands-on physical work wasn’t the team’s greatest strength, Season saw an opportunity to make a bigger impact by using their digital expertise to support local charities.
This moment led to the creation of Noble Deeds—a philanthropic initiative dedicated to empowering charities through pro bono digital services and purposeful action, now making a difference in both the US and the UK.

How We Organise and Deliver Impact Through Deeds
Noble Deeds thrives on collaboration and shared purpose. The initiative is guided by a dedicated employee committee, bringing together passionate team members from across Noble Studios. This group works collectively to determine how our pro bono time and expertise can make the greatest impact each year. An executive leader provides strategic oversight and ensures every decision aligns with our values and vision.
Each year, the committee reviews all applications and thoughtfully selects one standout charity to partner with—ensuring our support is focused, meaningful, and truly transformative. As Noble Deeds grows, so too will our ambition to expand and support even more organisations, empowering local communities through purposeful action and creative expertise.

How Does the Application Process Work?
Applications for Noble Deeds open on 1st July. Charities based in Bristol, Bath, or the surrounding South Gloucestershire area are encouraged to apply. Once applications open, there is a two-week window to submit your entry, after which all submissions will be carefully reviewed by our employee committee.
Shortlisted finalists will be invited to a phone interview in late July, and the selected charity will be announced in mid-August. The chosen organisation will then partner with us for a six-month project, receiving tailored digital marketing support designed for long-term impact.
We welcome applications from charities across all sectors. Previous recipients have included organisations focused on youth, health, animal welfare, and social enterprise. Our goal is to select the charity where our expertise can make the most significant and lasting difference, both during the project and beyond.
