Kate Sikora

Manchester-born Kate Sikora works tirelessly to expand and promote Noble’s skills and values overseas as client success director of Noble’s UK Operations, headquartered in Bristol, England. Wildly passionate about integrated search strategies and unbelievably hardworking, Kate embodies the definition of being ‘Better Every Day’ for clients here in the U.S. and the United Kingdom.

Kate maintains client relationships, develops strategies to sustain our clients’ profitability and growth, manages sales, operations and more. With Kate’s newly expanded role, she wears many different hats while she builds a team of equally obsessed marketers across the pond—when she takes off one hat, she’s immediately putting on another one; there is never a dull moment in her day-to-day.

Previously in our Reno office, Kate planned and managed performance-based digital marketing campaigns that drove measurable results through SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing and social media strategy. During her time at Noble, Kate quickly rose through the ranks from media coordinator to digital media specialist, digital media manager and eventually senior digital marketing manager, before accepting her current position as client success director in Bristol, England.

Kate’s thirst for knowledge and self-improvement—a crucial element of Noble’s culture—is driven by seeing results, being organized and staying on the cusp of new technology and innovation. Prior to joining Noble, Kate worked in digital marketing and ran her own business for three years, working with clients in Malaysia, Dubai, Germany and the United Kingdom.

She moved to Reno in 2010 to pursue a master’s degree in interactive journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno.

When Kate does find a moment to herself, she can be found hanging out with her awesome husband, Matt, doing yoga, paddleboarding, backpacking, skiing, cooking, kitesurfing, shooting photos, traveling and daydreaming about her favorite place on earth, Yosemite.
